Products & Sizing
Our designs are crafted for curves — so many styles feature stretch, shaping, or adjustable elements. Each product page includes specific fit notes and size recommendations. When in doubt, check our size chart for guidance. (size chart clickable here)
Selected pieces may be restocked. If your size is unavailable, join The Glow List to be the first gem notified.
Orders & Payments
MorCurvs strive to partner with sustainable manufacturer that careful produce and ensures all garments are made correctly and ethically. Please refer to items description for fabric type.
Orders are processed immediately. We are unable to make changes or cancellations. We advised to double-check sizes and details before checkout.
MorCurvs is exclusively online so we can serve gems nationwide.
Upon check, You will see a field where you can apply your code. Please feel free to email us incase you experience any issues.
Your MorCurvs store credit is yours to use whenever you’re ready to shine again.
All Customers are responsible for entering the promotional code at checkout. We cannot issue a refund if not entered correctly.
We take your security seriously. To protect your personal and financial information, we use industry-standard encryption (SSL) for all transactions and comply with PCI Data Security Standards. We partner with trusted payment gateways to ensure your credit card details are handled securely. We will never ask for your password or sensitive payment information by email or text message. Returns
You can submit a return request within 7 days of delivery for store credit. Please email us at info@shopmorcurvs.com with your order number, name and item description and we will send return instructions.
We do not issue refunds at this time. Returns are processed as store credit so you can find the perfect MorCurvs fit.
All shapewear, undergarments and intimates are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged. Please refer to the size guide or contact us with any questions prior to purchasing.
Once we receive your package, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your store credit as soon as it’s ready.
Please note that only unworn items are eligible for store credit within 14 days of fulfillment date. Final Sale, undergarment, shapewear and accessory items are not eligible for return.
All returned items must be in their original condition: Unworn, Unwashed, and Undamaged.
Tags cannot be damaged and cannot be taken off garments. If we determine that an item has been worn, washed, or damaged, you will receive notifying that the item is not eligible and will have to returned back to your address.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, MorCurvs would be happy to resolve this matter. Please contact us immediately within 7 days from when the order was delivered with photos of the item. Any damages or wrong items submitted after this grace period will be ineligible for a return.
Shipping
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location.
At the moment, we only offer standard shipping.
We first advised you to check with neighbors or your local post office to see if they’re holding the package. If you still do not receive it, email us at info@shopmorcurvs.com. We we will investigate from there.
