Processing Times

- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment.
- During high-demand launches or holidays, processing may be extended by 1–2 additional business days.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

- We currently ship within the United States via USPS
- Standard delivery takes 3–10 business days after processing.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
- Pre-order and launch items  will ship on or around their advertised release date.

Tracking

- Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
- MorCurvs™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of Loss & Incorrect Addresses

- Risk of loss passes to the customer once the carrier takes possession of the package.
- MorCurvs™ is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for verifying shipping information before checkout.

International Shipping

- At this time, MorCurvs™ only ships within the United States.
- We may expand to international destinations in the future.

Force Majeure

MorCurvs™ shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation failures, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
