Return Window

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items received after this window may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  - Panties, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
• -Shapewear and bra items are eligible for return or exchange. (Shaper panties are not eligible for return or exchange)

Exchanges

- We can process a direct exchanges
- To receive a different size or product, please email us at info@shopmorcurvs.com, and we will discuss exchange steps.

How to Start a Return

- Email info@shopmorcurvs.com with your order number, photos and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving approval.

Refunds

- Refunds are only issued due to the following reasons; item not received, item damaged, or natural disasters. 

Damaged or Defective Items

- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shopmorcurvs.com.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Panties
